A forest can be replanted. A habitat can thrive with wildlife again. This is the message hope that you can see flourishing in the REGUA Reserve
When walking the trails of the REGUA Reserve the rainforest hums, almost vibrates, with activity. It’s hard to believe that the area was once farmland; the wetland drained and the trees logged to make way for cattle. It stands as thriving testament to what can be achieved by effective habitat rehabilitation.
You can support the on-going protection of this wildlife by donating to Keepers of the Wild, a ranger programme by the World Land Trust.
